Private Cemetery Dedication

In most cases, a landowner in Texas can establish a cemetery on their land, or give permission for someone to do the same, as long as it is not within the boundary of an incorporated city. There is however, an arcane law requiring the cemetery to be located a certain number of miles from the city limits based on the size of the city.
